1. 7-Day Return & Replacement
If your order arrives with any of the following issues, you are eligible for a Replacement or Refund within 7 days of receipt:
- Damaged or Defective: Broken seals (upon arrival), or damaged packaging that affects the product.
- Expired/Near Expiry: The product has an expiration date less than 6 months away (unless clearly stated in the listing).
2. Safety & Hygiene Policy (Non-Returnable Items)
For your protection and to maintain the integrity of our health supplements, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened Products: Any item where the safety seal has been broken or tampered with.
- Change of Mind: Per DTI guidelines and health safety protocols, we do not accept returns if you simply changed your mind after the product has been delivered in good condition.
3. How to Request a Return/Refund
To help us process your request quickly, please follow these steps:
- Take a Photo/Video: Capture the shipping label and the condition of the item during unboxing.
- Keep the Original Packaging: Please do not throw away the box or pouch until you’ve verified the item.
- Message Us: Send us a chat immediately so our team can assist you before you file a formal request on Lazada.
