Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase and photo/video evidence must be provided.

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet our return criteria.
