Payments are securely processed through GCash, PayPal, and Bank Transfer (Metrobank, BDO, BPI).
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, payment failure, or other valid reasons.
Customers must ensure accurate billing and shipping information.
7. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Orders are shipped through Lalamove or LBC, depending on your location.
Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time: 1–5 business days depending on location.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.
8. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns or refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify: items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Shipping costs for returns are shouldered by St. Emer Science and Supplement.
Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days for e-wallets and 5–10 business days for card payments.
9. Health Disclaimer
Our products are dietary supplements designed to support wellness.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
No approved therapeutic claims.
Consult a qualified healthcare provider before use.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
